Zach came on time, was friendly and courteous and efficient. My daughter just closed on a new-construction house and the heater blew only cold air. I called and got an appointment that day. I went to meet Zach since she was working. He diagnosed and fixed it quickly (bad sensor). I asked him a favor; to look at an exposed wire upstairs. He said it was a live electrical wire and he capped off the end for me. He indicated he couldn’t leave it in good conscience since it was dangerous. If every technician were like him, this world would be a better place.

My upstairs HVAC unit stopped working I called to get an appointment to have it looked at. Zach was here the next day and everything is sorted out and cooling again. Thanks again for the great service!
