Friendly, easy to talk with

Taylor was in and out, but not in a “rushed” way. He came in, found the problem, and informed us quickly. He assured us we’d receive a call from an office rep early the next morning with a price quote, and he was spot on. He came back the next day and had our issue fixed in about 20 minutes. We were only without A/C just over 24 hours because the company is efficient and effective and they always provide quality service. We used this company last year to replace a compressor, and if it hadn’t been for them we would’ve replaced the entire unit (based on another company’s recommendation). We will always be returning customers because we have always received excellent service in a timely manner and they very obviously employ quality people.
